Another ‘Ugly Day’
Weight - 192lbs (Whhhhaaaaaatttt...noooooo...only 2 lbs!! I am going to CRY!!)
Body Fat - 37.5% (What crap…didn’t budge a bit from the last ‘Ugly Day’)
Total Inches - 298”
Average Weight Loss Per Week - 2lbs (Goal 2.5lbs per week…yikes!!)
Total Weight Lost - 8lbs (Should have been at 10lbs on this ‘Ugly Day’)
Total Inches Lost - 13”
The problem is:
1. My calorie intake is too high. I am just not preplanning my snacks and meals.
2. Not getting cardio in on days I am not training with Veray (i.e. Fri and Sat, Sun is the day of rest…even for me!)
So, to help me with problem 1. Veray gave me an outline of what I should and should not be eating, and how much. Hasn’t really happened as I haven’t been following it. Why…I don’t know…just that life takes over. Lame excuse, I know…but after I have cooked for my hubby and baby the last thing I feel like doing is preparing a meal for myself. It just seems too tough and time consuming to spend time thinking, prepping, and then preparing a meal for myself…it’s just tooooo much. I know I have to if I want to meet my goal…what I really need is for someone to prepare a low calorie well balanced meal and snacks for me. Dream on…
To try and address problem 2. Veray was at my rescue again. She set me up with a workout buddy (another client of her…fab girl called Hilary!). We were supposed to workout together for the first time last Friday, but I had to cancel due to childcare issues. So, I had to stay at home and take care of my baba. As I didn’t workout with Hilary, Veray called to check up on how much cardio I got in on Friday and Saturday. Only because I was shit scared of her…I walked in my community for 3 miles on both days. Isn’t it amazingly odd, I know that I need to workout and eat well in order to meet my goal of loosing 50lbs by 02/14/09, but I still try and shirk out of doing both. Why?!?!? I really don’t understand that.
