Unscheduled ‘Ugly Day’. Damn!
Weight - 192lbs (No further loss…I am going to pull my hair out!!)
Body Fat - 37% (Whatever!)

The next ‘Ugly Day’ was supposed to be on Wednesday, 12th November. However, going forward, Veray wants to have one ‘Ugly Day’ each week as she believes it will keep me more focused on my goal. I have to admit that I agree with her…even though those godforsaken ‘Ugly Days’ kill me!
